- He has published over 80 peer-reviewed articles & book chapters over a wide range of topics in clinical embryology
- Received the Overall Grand Prize awarded by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine for his research
- Received the LIFE award for Labatory Innovation in Fertility and Embryology
- Founding partner of Northwest Center for Reproductive Science and Poma Fertility
- Has his HCLD (High-complexity Clinical Labatory Director) certification
