The new facility is home to fertility-specific wellness services including Acupuncture, Yoga, Spiritual Services, Nutritional Counseling, Therapy, and Support Groups.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture has long been recognized to increase fertility and allow more modern reproductive treatments like IVF to work more efficiently. It has been shown to increase blood flow to the uterus and ovaries and to reduce stress and anxiety.
Nutrition
Nutrition is linked to fertility in so many ways, from hormonal imbalances to issues with ovulation to increased risks during pregnancy. A nutritionist will work closely with patients to develop individualized nutrition plans that promote a healthier lifestyle, support the patient’s best health, and increase overall fertility.
Yoga for Fertility
Like acupuncture, yoga provides a waterfall of tremendous benefits to the health and vitality of fertility patients, increasing mobility, flexibility, strength, and circulation while decreasing stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms. Yoga has also been shown to balance hormones and provide overall wellness in body and mind.
Spiritual Guidance
Spiritual direction and guidance can be very helpful on the journey to fertility, and can potentially improve the chance of a successful pregnancy by maintaining a better sense of peace and calm.

Dr. Rosencrantz has devoted the last 17 years to Obstetrics and Gynecology with a focus in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He has diagnosed and treated all types of infertility and has consistently earned high praise from his patients for his exceptional skill and compassionate care. Dr. Rosencrantz trained at UC San Diego and is double-board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
