Dr. Rosencrantz is an award-winning, double-board certified fertility specialist, who leads our team here at RHWC. Dr. Rosencrantz established RHWC with the sole purpose of providing patients with the highest possible fertility success rates at a lower cost.

Dr. Rosencrantz takes the time to get to know each of his patients and makes it a point to see you himself at each of your visits to our clinic.
Education and Background
Dr. Rosencrantz received his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno, Nevada before completing his internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of California San Diego Medical Center. Dr. Rosencrantz also completed his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the UC San Diego Medical Center and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Rosencrantz holds board certification in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Prior to opening RHWC, Dr. Rosencrantz served as Division Director and IVF Program Founder at Orange County Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Kaiser Permanente from 2012-2019.

Dr. Rosencrantz has been named an Orange County Top Doctor and Castle Connolly Top Doctor for five consecutive years (2020-2024) and one of America’s Most Honored Professionals. He’s also been recognized over multiple years with Patients’ Choice, On-Time Doctor, and Compassionate Doctor awards.
Philosophy
For Dr. Rosencrantz, all patients are family. He spends time learning your story, and you can count on him to know – and remember – your name! He feels it’s an honor to help patients achieve their dreams of becoming parents and makes sure he thanks every patient at the end of each visit.
When it comes to treatment, Dr. Rosencrantz believes in providing whole-person care in a boutique setting.
“We know there is more to fertility success than eggs and sperm,” he says. “Research shows that things like stress and nutrition clearly play a role in our fertility, and we need to start paying attention to them. We have to commit ourselves to not just the science but to the whole person if we really want to give our patients the best chances of success.”
RHWC has made it a priority to offer nutrition counseling, acupuncture, yoga, spiritual counseling, and fertility therapy to patients as part of their comprehensive care.
As a father, Dr. Rosencrantz also understands the overwhelming desire to become a parent, and he believes in making fertility care as accessible as possible. He strives to keep costs affordable and works with patients to recommend treatments within their budget. RHWC also accepts a variety of insurance and payment options, works with select financial institutions, and has partnered with an in-house payment solution company to offer in-house financing to patients who qualify.
